Corporate Giving and Matching Gifts
Matching gifts can be a great way to double or even triple funds raised and will make a significant impact to the American Diabetes Association's (ADA's) mission. Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. Your company may match your donation as well as donations made by your coworkers if they also apply for matching gifts. Some companies even match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.
Your company may require you to complete the gift matching process online via your company’s donation portal—or request a matching gift form from your employer and send it with your gift.
How to Make a Matching Gift
Step 1: Donate
Make a donation and be sure to keep your receipt. Many corporate matching programs will give you up to one year after your donation to request a match.
Step 2: Search
Search for your company using the form below. No results? You may still have a matching program. Contact your HR or Benefits department to find out.
Step 3: Match
There are two ways to submit the matching request:
1. Download your company's matching gift verification form using the provided link. Print it, fill it out, and email it to matchinggift@diabetes.org or mail it to:
